Our Vision and Mission

Our Vision

At Talent 100, we set the standard of excellence in HSC Tuition. We help aspiring students achieve outstanding ATARs, so that they can gain entry into University and pursue their dream careers and professions

In the Australian Tertiary Environment, for better or worse, your ATAR (UAI) is a significant determinant of what degree you study, and that degree ultimately determines what careers and professions are open to you.

For instance, if you want to be a lawyer, no matter how good your skills of reasoning are, you cannot become a lawyer without a law degree, and you cannot get into law without an outstanding ATAR.

At Talent 100, we believe an important part of education is to ensure a successful transition into your early adulthood and discovering your “talents”. Your ATAR serves as a stepping stone in this process.
For this reason, we treat your ATAR with the highest level of importance. We understand that your HSC results count and that is why we have a total and absolute commitment to ensuring you achieve the highest level of results.  The ‘100’ part of our name comes from this commitment to ensure that our course materials and are instruction are always exam-relevant and will show you how to score maximum marks. Whilst even top students rarely scored 100% in the exam, we believe you should always try.

At Talent 100, you will find a partner in us, that is as interested in your results as you are. And that is why the results of our students are without parallel in the tutoring industry, with 30% of our students scoring above 99 and 60% scoring above 97 in 2008.

Our Mission

At Talent 100, it is our mission to help students:

  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of scaling, and how it affects your ATAR so that students can formulate the correct strategy to maximise their ATAR;
  2. Develop a comprehensive mastery of their subject, that helps students develop a first-principles understanding of the concepts, rather than memorization;
  3. Develop perfect exam practice, so that no marks are needlessly lost to careless errors or failure to manage time in an exam;
  4. Have fun, remain motivated and to develop strong leadership, communication and interactive skills that they can carry on to their early adult life.

At Talent 100, we maintain an open, candid and frank culture that gives you honest feedback as to your abilities and progress, with the care and dedication to help you improve every week.
